Industrial DC UPS

Introduction

In Industry, there are applications that require some degree of autonomy. From crucial systems that need a few moments to fully shutdown correctly, to overnight power capacity, CP Power and Automation’s range of DC UPS solutions can be used for a variety of solutions.

DIN Mounted Supply

For 12Vdc, 24Vdc and 48Vdc, the DCH range offers a small and simple option to add redundancy in to your systems. With a 230Vac input the DCH has outputs for batteries and DC load, so simply add your batteries and connect to your load and the DCH will charge your batteries and supply your load.
In a mains fail situation, the DCH will automatically switch to battery power and supply your output load. To preserve the lifespan of your batteries, the DCH will cut off supply to the load prior to deep discharge.

For integrators using DIN Rail, the DCH can be mounted on DIN Rail along with CP Power’s DIN Rail Battery Holder. For more information on sizing your DC UPS system, contact us with your load requirements and required autonomy so we can help you further.

Rack Mount Applications

For larger scale DC UPS systems, the MT range can be more suitable. Available in 24Vdc, 48Vdc, 110Vdc and 220Vdc, the MT range can satisfy a wide range of industries.

Using the USV6H, the entire range of MT units can be used to build a modular DC UPS system. For applications that require larger amounts of autonomy or for larger loads, the MT system can be configured to meet your requirements. As MT units are modular hot-swap, adding more power to existing units can also be achieved.

Wall Mount Applications

For applications that require wall mounting, the concise nature of the OPUS HE WMC range can be a suitable option. Available in 24Vdc, 48Vdc, 60Vdc, 110Vdc and 220Vdc, these units are an easy installation option for the MHE range by Enedo.

The units are systems consisting of MHE rectifiers and VIDI+ controllers, with connections ready for mains, battery and load distributions via MCB. With communications via Ethernet TCP/IP, Modbus TCP/IP, SCADA IEC61850, SNMP and RS-232, they can fit neatly in to the existing systems.
